Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a remote Contract/Consultant HR Onboarding Specialist to coordinate and facilitate onboarding, maintain the org structure, and support day-to-day employee relations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR, strong organization, and excel in English communication. This fully remote role offers USD compensation and PTO benefits, with work hours 9:00am-6:00pm ET, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR, administrative support, or onboarding experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate the employee onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and systems access are in place.
• Maintain and update the company’s organisational structure

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.

Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
