Airswift in Rio de Janeiro is seeking a Payroll Apprentice to support our Payroll team in delivering accurate, timely payroll services for our clients and expatriate assignees.

You will assist with processing, validation of timesheets, and maintaining records in our systems, while developing proficiency in payroll controls and compliance within a fast-paced global employer. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a leading STEM workforce solutions provider.

Qualificações

• Advanced English language skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with payroll processing and calculation of deductions.
• Review and verify timesheets and attendance records.
• Enter and verify benefits, deductions, allowances, and other payments.
• Maintain and update data in spreadsheets and payroll systems.
• Prepare and monitor internal controls and reports.
• Audit documents for data accuracy prior to payroll processing.
• Prepare and submit reports to clients timely and accurately.
• Provide support to expatriates on payroll and timekeeping questions.
• Assist with document management within Personnel Department processes.

Role Description

Aiswift is looking for a Payroll Apprentice to join our office in Rio de Janeiro. The Payroll Apprentice will be responsible for providing support to the internal Payroll team.

Principle Accountabilities

• Assist with payroll processing and the calculation of labor charges and statutory deductions.
• Review, validate, and control timesheets and attendance records.
• Enter and verify benefits, deductions, allowances, and additional payments.
• Maintain and update information in spreadsheets and systems.
• Organize and manage documents related to Personnel Department processes.
• Prepare and monitor internal controls and reports.
• Audit documents and information to ensure data consistency prior to payroll processing.
• Prepare, review, and submit documentation and reports to clients, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide customer service and support to expatriates, addressing questions related to payroll, timekeeping, and other Personnel Department processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Advanced English level
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong attention to details
• Strong organizational skills
