Airswift is seeking a Collections Analyst to join our Finance team in Rio de Janeiro. The role focuses on supporting the Americas region clients and performing end-to-end debt collection processes.

The position operates on a hybrid schedule in our Rio de Janeiro office, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving accuracy in cash applications and payment reconciliations.

Qualificações

• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or reconciliation.
• ERP/VMS system experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and hold internal and external meetings.
• Identify and propose solutions to process gaps.
• Perform reconciliation between internal and external systems.
• Debt collection: collect cash, negotiate payments, manage customer accounts.
• Apply customer payments with remittances across systems.
• Analyze statistics of financial withdrawals.
• Resolve issues with Cash Applications.
• Collaborate with other teams to mitigate payment gaps.
• Compile and analyze financial reports and identify discrepancies.

Role Description

Airswift is looking for a Collections Analyst to join our Finance team in Rio de Janeiro.

The position and role will be supporting the Americas region-based clients.

This position is to work on a hybrid schedule in our office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

Principle Accountabilities

• Preparing and holding meetings internally and externally
• Identifying and proposing solutions to process gaps
• Reconciliation work between internal and external systems
• Debt Collection: Collects cash, negotiates payments, manages customer accounts, handles CFTS (internal meetings) and Kick-off meetings, monitors debtor account balances.
• Apply customer’s payments, according to remittances working with different systems.
• Analysis of statistics of financial withdrawals.
• Solve problems with Cash Applications.
• Work with other teams to understand and mitigate gaps in the clients' payments.
• Compile and analyse financial reports and find discrepancies that require management attention.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Advanced English skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the role (collections or reconciliation).
• Prior ERP/ VMS system use is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
