We are looking for a driven and dynamic Partnership Manager based in Brazil to help expand our footprint in the local gaming market. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in the Brazilian iGaming industry, with a proven track record in business development and relationship management.

In this role, you will identify, pursue, and manage strategic partnerships with gaming platforms and consultants. You’ll work closely with our global partnerships and sales teams to drive growth opportunities and ensure successful collaboration across markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with gaming platforms, operators, agencies, and consultants across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Own and drive the partnership strategy for the region, working in alignment with global teams.
  • Attend and represent the company at key gaming conferences, expos, and industry events across the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Brazilian gaming ecosystem.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to activation and ongoing relationship management.
  • Report regularly on partnership performance, pipeline status, and regional market insights.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the Brazilian gaming/iGaming industry.
  • Strong business development and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong network within the local gaming ecosystem is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Spanish- an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Brazil and internationally as needed.
  • Remote position, based in Brazil.
