Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a lawyer to manage a consumer and banking litigation caseload and draft pleadings and other documents for the caseload.

The role requires an active OAB/SP license, experience in civil and banking litigation, and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. You will review publications, negotiate settlements, update systems, monitor progress and collaborate with clients and colleagues.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Law; postgraduate qualifications in the practice area preferred.
Active OAB/SP license.
Experience in civil litigation and banking law.
Agility and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands effectively.
