Description

monday.com is growing and looking for a Partner Account Manager for Mexico who will be responsible for enhancing partner account management with key partners across all segments. This strategic role involves developing the account management capabilities of our partners through a hands-on approach, relationship management, and enablement, aiming to deliver multi-million dollar performance from account expansion.

About The Role

  • Develop and execute strategies for managing existing partner accounts, including high-profile monday.com partners.
  • Balance resources to maximize impact through direct work, scaled operations, and enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with partners, partner managers, success managers, and other teams.
  • Monitor, report, and optimize partnership performance, addressing issues proactively.
  • Own partner portfolio expansion targets and ensure results are met.
  • Support partners with guidance and sales calls to close opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS account management experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in enterprise sales and account management.
  • At least 1 year managing channel partners or resellers.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record from opportunity to close.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with the LATAM market, especially Mexico.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
