Paid Media Specialist (Facebook Ads + Google Ads) – E-commerce Focus

AMZingPPC is seeking a highly skilled SEM Specialist to join our remote team. If you have 3-5 years of experience in paid media, a strong analytical mindset, and expertise in e-commerce advertising, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time position – we do not accept freelancers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands.
• Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making to improve ROAS & CPA.
• Understand e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to drive profitability.
• Conduct creative testing & ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Analyze competitors & market trends to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
• Generate reports & insights using Looker Studio and other analytics tools.

Must-Have Skills:

• Over 5 years of experience managing Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills focused on revenue growth.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads.
• Proven SEO expertise.
• Experience with external feed management platforms (DataFeedWatch or Channable).

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce.
• Understanding of email marketing & CRO strategies to improve funnel efficiency.
