Insight Global is seeking an ERP Application Support Analyst (Oracle EBS 11) to support Oracle ERP users across Brazil and LATAM. This role will serve as the primary functional point of contact for local business users, working closely with Finance and Operations teams to understand system challenges, document business requirements, and coordinate solutions with the global Oracle support organization.

This is not a development-heavy role and is not focused on leading Oracle strategy.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Analyst, ERP Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS 11 (E-Business Suite).
• Experience documenting business requirements and creating Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Finance modules including GL, AP, AR.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary functional support contact for Oracle EBS users in Brazil and LATAM.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Create FRDs and coordinate requirements with the global Oracle support team for development and resolution.
• Support Oracle EBS financial processes with a focus on GL, AP, AR and invoicing.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an ERP Application Support Analyst (Oracle EBS 11) to support Oracle ERP users across Brazil and Latin America. This role will serve as the primary functional point of contact for local business users, working closely with Finance and Operations teams to understand system challenges, document business requirements, and coordinate solutions with the global Oracle support organization.

This is not a development-heavy role and is not focused on leading Oracle strategy. Instead, the ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting Oracle EBS business applications, particularly within Finance, while helping users navigate system issues and process improvements.

The position offers strong growth potential as Oracle usage expands throughout LATAM and the region becomes more integrated with global ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional support contact for Oracle EBS users in Brazil and LATAM
• Work directly with business users to understand system pain points, support requests, and process challenges
• Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Create Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and submit requirements to the global Oracle support team for development and resolution
• Support Oracle EBS business processes with a focus on Finance modules
• Assist users with application‑related issues and provide day‑to‑day functional support
• Perform basic troubleshooting and issue analysis before escalating to global support teams
• Support sales order, invoicing, reporting, and finance‑related processes
• Collaborate with teams in Brazil, North America, and Europe
• Assist with ongoing Oracle enhancements and future migration initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Analyst, ERP Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or similar role
• Hands‑on experience supporting Oracle EBS 11 (E-Business Suite)
• Strong understanding of Oracle Finance modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation
• Experience writing Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience supporting ERP applications from a functional/business perspective
• Working knowledge of Oracle APEX

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Sales Orders and invoicing processes
• Light troubleshooting and application configuration experience
• Oracle Financials support experience within a manufacturing or global organization
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud or Oracle Sales Cloud
• Experience working with international teams
