Specialized Brasil Comercio De Bicicletas Ltda is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance the Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) platform, driving technology solutions and resolving complex issues for global operations.

You will lead requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation, provide front-line support for Oracle EBS users, and collaborate with GT, business partners, and vendors to optimize O2C, P2P and GL/AP processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience, preferably in ERP environments.
• Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise and upgrade cycle experience.
• Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects.
• Bilingual proficiency: English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
• Knowledge of LATAM regulations and Brazil tax considerations is a plus.

Business Systems Analyst – Oracle EBS

Role Overview Support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) platform, driving technology solutions, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Global stakeholders to enable business operations and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation
• Provide global front-line support for Oracle EBS users
• Resolve complex and mission-critical system issues
• Collaborate with GT, business partners, and third-party vendors

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise
• Experience with EBS upgrade cycles
• Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects
• Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred)
• Solid understanding of LATAM market federal regulations
• Knowledge of Brazil (BR) tax regulations is a plus

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Financials (GL, AP, AR)

• JIRA (Agile/Sprint execution)
