Job summary

EY Brazil is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Functional consultant with 4–8 years of ERP experience to lead functional design and delivery in Financials or PPM. You will gather requirements, map them to Fusion capabilities, and drive end-to-end implementations.

You'll work with offshore teams, prepare functional specs and training materials, and support PMO activities across GL, AP, AR, FA and CM modules. Strong client-facing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, IT or similar.
• CA, CMA/CWA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent benefits are a plus.
• 4–8 years of Oracle Fusion PPM and/or Oracle Fusion Financials/E-Business Suite experience.
• Led at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations with exposure to Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into Fusion solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and map to Oracle Fusion functionalities.
• Participate in design reviews and CRP sessions.
• Design and deliver solutions from offshore locations.
• Prepare design documents, configuration workbooks and test scripts.
• Train end users and support PMO activities.
• Configure Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, FA, CM).
• Support project cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT) and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor team members and manage stakeholder expectations.

Oracle Fusion Functional Senior (Financials / PPM)

Experience

• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion PPM and/or Oracle Fusion Financials/E-Business Suite. Candidates with strong expertise in either or both domains will be considered.
• Should have led at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations, with exposure to Oracle Fusion applications.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Good exposure to integrations, data conversion, and migration activities.
• Experience in solution design, preparation of functional specifications, and driving solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience in application configuration, testing, test case preparation, and execution.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion functionalities.
• Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews and discussions.
• Interpret functional requirements and independently design and deliver solutions from offshore locations.
• Design integrated Oracle Fusion solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Support business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Conduct user and stakeholder training sessions.
• Support Project Management Office (PMO)
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules in either of the following domains:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expenses
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)

Candidates are expected to possess deep expertise in either Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Fusion PPM. Knowledge of both domains is desirable but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solution designs.
• Experience with documentation methodologies such as OUM, AIM, or other industry-standard frameworks.
• Strong customer handling skills with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to quickly understand and apply complex business processes and requirements.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of release management and deployment processes.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel for client engagements.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• CA, CMA/CWA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
