Job summary

Netcracker is hiring a Senior Business Analyst or Solution Architect to build in-house Oracle expertise for consolidating Netcracker's corporate systems. You will lead workshops with Finance to gather requirements, design accounting structures, and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EPM, including data migration and integrations with in-house ERP.

The role requires multi-country knowledge in US GAAP/SOX controls, fluent English and Portuguese or Spanish, and availability to work from

Qualifications

• Consolidate corporate finance systems using Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EPM.
• Run workshops with Finance to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis against Oracle functionality.
• Design solution elements: ledgers, legal entities, chart of accounts, currencies, intercompany and reconciliation rules.
• Configure Fusion or EPM with IT, including setup tasks and REST APIs integration.
• Define data migration and integrations with in-house ERP; ensure loaded data reconciles.
• Prepare test scenarios, execute system & user acceptance tests, plan cutover & month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ledgers, COA, calendars, currencies, intercompany and rules.

• Define roles and segregation of duties to meet SOX/J-SOX controls; coordinate with Oracle Support.

Summary

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst or Solution Architect to build in-house Oracle expertise for the consolidation of Netcracker's corporate systems

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work on the consolidation of Netcracker's corporate finance systems: Oracle EPM (consolidation, account reconciliation, enterprise data management, planning) and Oracle Fusion ERP, the preferred platform for general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets and cash management;
• Run workshops with Finance (accounting, controllers, treasury, planning) to gather requirements; prepare the fit-gap against standard Oracle functionality;
• Design the solution: ledgers, legal entities, chart of accounts, calendars, currencies, intercompany, accounting rules, consolidation and reconciliation rules;
• Configure Oracle Fusion or Oracle EPM together with the IT team (setup tasks, implementation spreadsheets, REST APIs);
• Specify data migration and integrations with Netcracker's in-house ERP and between Fusion and EPM; check that loaded data reconciles;
• Prepare test scenarios, run system and user acceptance testing, cutover and month-end close procedures;
• Design roles, approvals and segregation of duties to meet SOX / J-SOX controls (US and Japanese financial-control rules); train key users; work with Oracle Support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of functional or solution experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, ARCS, EDM, Planning); both is a plus;
• At least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, from design to go-live;
• Hands-on design of ledgers, chart of accounts, consolidation or reconciliation for multi-company, multi-currency groups;
• Data loads and integrations: FBDI (File-Based Data Import), Data Management / Data Integration, REST APIs;
• Good understanding of accounting, month-end close and US GAAP; SOX controls as a plus;
• Oracle Cloud certification (Fusion Financials or EPM) as a plus;
• Oracle EBS R12 (E-Business Suite release 12) Financials or EBS to Cloud migration as a plus;
• Fluent English (verbal/writing skills) and Portuguese or Spanish
• Availability to work from office at least 3 times per week.
