Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead in São Paulo to oversee enterprise infrastructure and EUC operations. The role includes managing Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud services, and endpoint management.

You will drive projects, ensure security and reliability, and coordinate with security, network, and business teams. Strong English is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead with 6+ years of experience in IT

Infrastructure and End User Computing (EUC) operations. The candidate will be

responsible for managing enterprise infrastructure services, leading technical teams,

ensuring service availability, and delivering secure, reliable, and efficient IT solutions for

end users.

Key Responsibilities

• practices.
• Implement security controls, backup strategies, and disaster recovery
• procedures.
• Collaborate with security, application, network, and business teams.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to infrastructure and EUC
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and compliance
• standards.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced / Fluent English
• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure and EUC service management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,
• and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and modern workplace
• solutions.
• Experience managing VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls,
• TCP/IP).
• Experience with endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerability
• remediation.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or automation scripting.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage vendors and third-party service providers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a global enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, VMware, AWS,
• ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.
