AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise with enterprise networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms in a fast-growing setting. The candidate should have 6+ years of relevant experience, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to work independently, with after-hours flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on engineering with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong background in firewalls, switches and wireless infra (physical and virtual).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS and Active Directory.
• Cloud expertise with AWS and Azure (cloud-first approach).
• Experience in SOX-regulated environments is required.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Strong vendor management and service provider liaison skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to document work clearly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands‑on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self‑sufficient, self‑managed, self‑motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service‑oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.

• Serve as an internal escalation point for day to day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure and systems and application projects.

• Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office‑based workforces.
