AgileEngine, LLC. in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will manage enterprise networking, firewalls, AD, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and 24x7 operations in a SOX-regulated, fast-growth setting, collaborating with global teams to deliver resilient IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls and wireless infra.
• Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory expertise.
• Cloud compute and storage (AWS/Azure) experience.
• SOX regulated environment experience.
• Vendors and managed services engagement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.
• High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment.
• Discipline to document your work required.
• Ability to work with a project oriented approach for deliverables.
