Win Systems is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver customer infrastructure and platform implementation projects within the Operations team.

As the primary technical contact during implementation, you will ensure environments meet requirements, are deployed efficiently, and delivered on schedule, while coordinating with development, sales, and product teams to align on a realistic project roadmap and milestones.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience as a project administrator in IT.
• Minimum 5 years managing technical implementation, infrastructure, or operations projects within the casino gaming industry.
• Proven experience delivering customer implementations in a B2B casino gaming environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer implementation projects from kickoff through production deployment and handover.
• Full project life cycle ownership, including successful delivery from initiation to deployment for major or multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, sales, and product teams to establish a feasible customer-facing project roadmap.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementation and post-implementation activities.
• Define project scope, implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and technical deliverables with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate all technical implementation activities, ensuring infrastructure, networking, and system prerequisites are met on schedule.
• Coordinate and participate in installation, configuration, and deployment activities when required.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation plans for success.
• Manage project communications, providing regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate production go-live activities and oversee stabilization post-deployment.
• Ensure all project documentation, records, and procedures are complete and up to date.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing technical guidance and proactive communication throughout the lifecycle.

Project Manager

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering customer infrastructure and platform implementation projects. As part of the Operations team, the Project Manager serves as the primary technical point of contact during implementation, ensuring customer environments are deployed efficiently, meet technical requirements, and are delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects from project kick‑off through production deployment, stabilization, and operational handover.
• Full project life cycle ownership, including successful delivery from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
• Work transversally with development, sales, product, among other teams, to establish a robust and achievable customer‑facing project roadmap based on planned project deliveries.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during implementation and post‑implementation activities.
• Define project scope, implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and technical deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate all technical implementation activities, ensuring infrastructure, networking, and system prerequisites are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate and participate in installation, configuration, and deployment activities when required.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Proven working experience (5+ years) as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical implementation, infrastructure, or operations projects within the casino gaming (land‑based casinos) industry.
• Proven experience delivering customer implementations in a B2B environment within the casino gaming sector.
• Strong project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
