Job summary

Arko Network is seeking a senior operations manager to own and develop operations across all Arko products, ensuring reliable execution and managing relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. The role combines hands-on delivery, team leadership, and implementing new operations from design through go-live and ongoing oversight.

Responsibilities include end-to-end operations, onboarding, incident resolution, and coordinating with Treasury, Product, Regulatory, Finance and Compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments, FX, or cross-border payments operations.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, banks and providers.
• Track record designing and implementing defined processes, responsibilities and controls.
• Practical knowledge of international payments, settlement and reconciliation.
• Experience leading, hiring and developing teams.

We are looking for a senior operations manager to take ownership of and develop operations across all Arko products, ensuring reliable execution and managing operational relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

The role combines hands-on execution, team management, and the implementation of new operations, from process design through go-live and ongoing oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across all Arko products, ensuring end-to-end execution and monitoring of transaction flows.
• Manage operational relationships with clients, handling requests, aligning timelines, and coordinating the resolution of incidents and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate clients, banks, providers, and internal teams throughout operational execution, defining responsibilities, dependencies, and escalation criteria.
• Design and implement new operations, translating client needs into workflows, procedures, controls, and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate operational onboarding for clients and partners, including the definition of operating instructions, testing, workflow validation, and oversight of initial transactions.
• Map, document, and improve processes, establishing SLAs and performance metrics and identifying automation opportunities.
• Hire, develop, and lead the Operations team, setting priorities and assigning responsibilities.
• Work with Treasury, Product, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Compliance to enable new operations and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Assess operational readiness for new workflows and suspend processing when significant failures or risks arise, coordinating resolution with the relevant teams.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in payments, FX, or cross-border payments operations.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, banks, and payment providers.
• A track record of designing and implementing operations with clearly defined processes, responsibilities, and controls.
• Practical knowledge of international payments, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience leading, hiring, and developing teams.
• Ability to combine management with hands-on execution, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings and interact effectively with international clients and partners.
• Experience applying AI, data analytics, and automation to operational execution, controls, and monitoring.
