Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an experienced Head of Operations to lead end-to-end fulfillment: order intake in WooCommerce, verification, invoicing, shipping and patient delivery, while managing logistics partners and negotiating contracts, SLAs and rates. You will ensure traceability and compliance with ANVISA for regulated products.

This role drives KPIs, builds dashboards, coordinates import processes, teams, and cross-functional planning with commercial units for B2C and B2B tenders.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in operations and logistics, including leadership experience.
• Experience with marketplaces/e-commerce (health products or high-value items preferred).
• Strong knowledge of import processes and customs clearance.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and using BI tools / advanced spreadsheets.
• Hands-on, problem-solving profile, able to operate in a scaling startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end fulfillment operation: order receipt in WooCommerce, prescription verification, invoicing, shipping, and delivery to the patient
• Manage logistics partners (carriers, postal services, last-mile), negotiating contracts, SLAs and rates
• Define and monitor operational KPIs: lead time, cost per order, damage/loss rate, logistics NPS
• Ensure traceability and chain of custody of products, including batch numbers and expiration dates
• Coordinate import processes for cannabis-based products (RDC ANVISA 660/1015 and related regulations), including individual authorizations when applicable
• Act as the main point of contact with customs brokers, regulatory broker and partner pharmacy
• Maintain compliance with ANVISA requirements for storage, transport and dispensing of controlled products
• Plan demand together with commercial teams (B2C + B2B channels – tenders and legal cases)
• Inventory management: coverage, turnover, stockouts, obsolescence and shelf life
• Manage relationships with suppliers and laboratories (domestic and international), negotiating commercial terms
• Document and automate operational processes; identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Work with the technology team to evolve integrations (WooCommerce, ERP, carriers, ActiveCampaign)
• Build operational dashboards to support data-driven decision making
• Structure and lead the operations team as the company scales
• Train and develop operations analysts and assistants
