PPRO is seeking a motivated Intern to join Global Technical Operations as Level 1 Support. You will interact directly with users to ensure a stellar experience, triage issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to resolve problems.

This role offers hybrid work and exposure to diverse tech stacks. You will learn monitoring tools, improve support documentation, and grow into areas like TechOps, DevEn, and Product while maintaining strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Become the expert in all PPRO products, understanding processes to resolve user issues.
• Analyse and improve the support experience for stakeholders.
• Analyse and optimise support docs and processes to scale operations.
• Work with Engineering and other Operations teams to diagnose technical problems.
• Develop relationships with users and identify opportunities to improve support.
• Eyes on Glass monitoring using PPRO’s monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and communicate with high-value users via email, Slack, and phone.

The Purpose

As an Intern, you will be part of our growing Global Technical Operations. As a Level 1 Support, you’llspend most of your time interacting directly with our users and ensuring they have a stellar PPROexperience. Many of our Technical Operations team members grow to specialise in focus areas likeTechOps, DevEn, Engineering, and Product. If you embody a user-first mindset, are exceptionallytech-savvy, and are an outstanding communicator, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Become the expert in all PPRO products, profoundly understanding ourprocesses and workflows to resolve user issues
• Analysing and improving the PPRO support experience, providing contextualinsight regarding users’ experience with support to senior stakeholders
• Analyse and optimise our support documentation and processes to enhanceusers’ experiences and help scale our operations
• Work with Engineering and other Operations teams to diagnose and solvetechnical problems
• Develop relationships with users and identify opportunities to improvesupport and overall experience with PPRO
• Eyes on Glass monitoring using PPRO’s extensive Monitoring Tools
• Spend the majority of your time troubleshooting complex issues andcommunicating with PPRO's highest value users, providing a“white-glove”supportexperience by email, Slack and occasionally by phone

Some of the technologies you’ll get to work with

• Monitoring tools and dashboards: DataDog, Grafana (preferred)
• BigQuery - basic knowledge (preferred)
