PPRO is seeking an Intern for Global Technical Operations to join our Level 1 Support team. You will engage with users, resolve issues, and learn the end-to-end support workflow in a fast-paced, payments-focused environment.

Hybrid setup with a 3 days on-site expectation, and a 30-day holiday allowance. A 3,000 BRL annual learning budget, meal vouchers, insurance, and wellness programs are provided to support your development and wellbeing.

Responsabilidades

• Become the expert in all PPRO products and resolve user issues.
• Analyse and improve the support experience for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to diagnose problems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues for high-value users via email, Slack, and phone.
• Monitor using DataDog, Grafana, and related dashboards.

The Purpose:

As an Intern, you will be part of our growing Global Technical Operations. As a Level 1 Support, you’llspend most of your time interacting directly with our users and ensuring they have a stellar PPROexperience. Many of our Technical Operations team members grow to specialise in focus areas likeTechOps, DevEn, Engineering, and Product. If you embody a user-first mindset, are exceptionallytech-savvy, and are an outstanding communicator, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Become the expert in all PPRO products, profoundly understanding ourprocesses and workflows to resolve user issues
• Analysing and improving the PPRO support experience, providing contextualinsight regarding users’ experience with support to senior stakeholders
• Analyse and optimise our support documentation and processes to enhanceusers’ experiences and help scale our operations
• Work with Engineering and other Operations teams to diagnose and solvetechnical problems
• Develop relationships with users and identify opportunities to improvesupport and overall experience with PPRO
• Eyes on Glass monitoring using PPRO’s extensive Monitoring Tools
• Spend the majority of your time troubleshooting complex issues andcommunicating with PPRO's highest value users, providing a white-glove supportexperience by email, Slack and occasionally by phone
• Monitoring tools and dashboards: DataDog, Grafana (preferred)
• BigQuery - basic knowledge (preferred)
• Problem-solving mindset with a learning-first approach.
• Security awareness in operational contexts.
• Curiosity for systems, monitoring, and modern tooling.
• Strong written/spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude and adaptability.
• Willingness to join a 24/7 shift rotation covering weekends.
