How will you make an impact in this role?
This role is a partner operations analyst position within the Partner Business Solutions team, in Global Network Partnerships (GNS). PBS is a vibrant global team responsible for owning the servicing to Global Network Partnerships.
This role supports a range of Network Partner banks across multiple countries with operational servicing and some project support. The team's goal is not only to provide excellent service but also to coach and train partner banks to become self-sufficient. Contact with bank partners covers a broad range of operational aspects, crossing many business functions, including Business, Marketing, Technologies, Fraud, Finance, Global Network Operations, Compliance & Policy teams, and General Counsel’s Office.
The individual should be flexible, adaptable, calm under pressure, and possess strong relationship management and communication skills to build trust and credibility with internal and external partners. Time management, work prioritization, independent problem solving, and diplomatic relationship leveraging without direct authority are vital. Comfort working within a multicultural, geographically dispersed team (UK, Mexico, Argentina, US, Malaysia) is essential.
