Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Technology or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Loss Prevention.
• Advanced Excel, with the ability to develop analyses, models, controls and tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data processing, analysis and visualization.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing executive presentations.
• Affinity for mathematics, statistics and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to interpret data, question results and investigate root causes.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, process analysis and project management.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other problem-solving methodologies.
• Good communication, active listening and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Preferred qualifications: Basic knowledge of SQL and Databricks for querying and extracting data.
• Experience with process automation using Power Automate, RPA, DPA or Python.
• Experience in continuous improvement, operational efficiency or cost reduction projects.
• Experience with budgeting and financial control.
• Experience in digital transformation, strategic planning or performance management.
• Prior experience applying data analysis to Loss Prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, clean, model and analyze data from multiple systems.

• Interact with different departments and stakeholders, especially Procurement, Facilities, Travel and Maintenance.
• Contribute to strengthening a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
