Revolut is seeking an Operating Principal to support the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives, acting as a savvy general problem solver who identifies growth and revenue opportunities and helps build scalable processes to sustain rapid expansion.

The role requires a STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university, a track record of outstanding achievement, 4+ years in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing tech, and experience
