The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing On Premise chained headoffices in Brazil. The main objective is to scale volume and distribution nationally by managing current Catering accounts and prospecting new partnerships. Support the development of strategy, apply global guidelines/concepts, and define tactical approaches to consumption occasions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing Key Accounts: Manage Catering Headoffices with international and national relevance, including negotiations, execution, and coverage planning.
  2. Strategy and Planning: Define department priorities, allocate resources and margins according to segment/partner relevance, support occasion plans, national campaigns, and brand events. Build a cohesive, insight-driven Business Plan.
  3. Tracking, Analyzing, and Reporting: Maintain ongoing data reports on Key Account volume, distribution, and execution. Share best practices across markets.
  4. Field Team Support: Support team resources by ensuring proper tools and catering guides, organize market visits, routes, and define processes.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience in consumer goods companies working with the Catering segment
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on profile with planning skills, attention to detail, systemic vision, sense of urgency, risk-taking ability, logical thinking, leadership, criticality, and dynamism
