Responsibilities:

• Analyze the client’s customer journey and develop creative strategies to grow their email list, sales, and conversion rate while reducing the decision-making process.
• Streamline workflow with automated email sequences, from onboarding to re-engagement.
• Deep dive into email analytics to measure open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and more for continuous optimization.
• Suggest, implement, and document A/B testing strategies.
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices for high deliverability.
• Periodically clean up the client’s email list.
• Communicate with clients (under our company brand) – understand their needs, request access to tools, communicate expected hours, execute requests, and provide instructions to the client’s internal team.

Requirements:

• This is hourly, on-demand, client-facing work.
• Candidates should be fluent in both verbal and written English with good communication skills.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in email marketing and creating high-impact, unique campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
