The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience with .NET/C#, relational database management, and must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong .NET/C# skills
• Strong relational database skills – proficiency in SQL, stored procedures and database architecture (MSSQL 2008 or higher)
• Microsoft SQL skills
• Exposure to Azure DevOps
• Object‑oriented programming principles
• Self‑directed, analytical, adept at problem solving, and meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to produce quality products under tight and strict deadlines
• Good spoken and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education & Experience

• 7+ years developing software using the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
• C#
• T‑SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers)
• ASP.NET MVC
• Git (or another source‑control provider)
• Azure Functions
• Experience using Copilot (or another AI agent) as part of the development lifecycle

Additional Preferred Experience

• Experience with BMAD Agents for Greenfield and Brownfield development or other AI‑assisted development tools
• AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Experience with Dependency Injection and IoC containers
• Experience with ORMs (Dapper, Entity Framework)
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or risk management
