Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive architecture and delivery of high- availability applications in the Sao Paulo area.

You will lead cloud-based solutions, implement robust CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure scalable, testable code and strong observability.

Qualificações

• Experience as a technical lead and hands-on profile.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.).
• Proficient in .NET (C#) and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiar with design patterns, TDD, Git, and Agile (Scrum).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging systems (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics).
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Lucene, GraphQL; SPA apps; CI/CD deployments.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work in multidisciplinary agile teams.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder profiles and ensure high availability.
