Jobtailor is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, implement, and evolve agentic flows that transform the SDLC for a strategic financial-sector client. You will customize generative AI platforms to match the client’s SDLC needs, integrate AI agents across analysis, development, testing and deployment, and tune their performance within Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes quality, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in software development (Java, Angular or similar).
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitFlow, SonarQube).
• Cloud computing experience, especially Azure.
• Hands-on knowledge of generative AI tools for development.
• Ability to write/review prompts and configure agents.
• Understanding of automated testing, BDD, SAST.
• Experience with agentic frameworks (AISDD, Spec‑Kit).
• Knowledge of microservices (Spring Boot) is a plus.
• Familiarity with flow observability tools (Flow Ops, Databricks).
• Experience on large-scale multi-team projects.

• Design, implement, and evolve agentic flows that transform the SDLC of development teams at a strategic financial‑sector client.
• Customize and configure generative AI platforms to the client’s specific SDLC needs (skills, personas, prompts, contexts).
• Develop and maintain agentic flows integrated into the development pipeline (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD).
• Integrate AI agents across multiple stages of the SDLC: analysis, refinement, development, testing and deployment.
• Tune agent parameters and strategies for optimal performance at each stage.
• Plan and execute the AI infrastructure roadmap together with the AI Orchestrator.
• Automate development steps while preserving quality, security and compliance standards (SonarQube, test coverage).
• Identify and mitigate technical risks of using agents in production environments.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in implemented AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development (Java, Angular or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitFlow, SonarQube).
• Experience with cloud computing, especially Azure.
• Hands‑on knowledge of generative AI tools applied to development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar).
• Ability to write and review prompts, configure agents and evaluate output quality.
• Understanding of code quality practices: automated testing, BDD, SAST.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and methods (AISDD, Spec‑Kit or similar) is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture (Spring Boot) is a plus.
• Familiarity with flow observability tools (Flow Ops, Databricks or similar) is a plus.
• Experience on large‑scale projects involving multiple teams or concurrent squads is a plus.
