O candidato ideal tem experiência com GCP, Dynatrace, Docker e Kubernetes, além de design de APIs, testes automatizados e princípios de arquitetura limpa.

Qualificações

• Experiência desenvolvendo com .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8+ usando C#.
• Conhecimento de backend, design de APIs e arquiteturas escaláveis.
• Experiência com Dynatrace ou plataformas de observabilidade.
• Experiência com GCP e serviços associados.
• Experiência com Docker e orquestração Kubernetes (preferível GKE).
• Conhecimento de SQL em Oracle e PostgreSQL.
• Arquitetura de microserviços e comunicação assíncrona (Kafka/Pub/Sub).
• CI/CD e práticas DevOps; qualidade de código e testes automatizados.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e manter APIs e serviços backend com .NET Core.
• Contribuir em arquitetura e novas features, buscando melhoria contínua.
• Aplicar princípios de software, testes automatizados e qualidade de código.
• Construir e manter testes unitários/integration tests.
• Implementar observabilidade com métricas, logs e traces (ex.: Dynatrace).
• Monitorar desempenho, identificar gargalos e propor otimizações.
• Trabalhar em ambientes em nuvem (GCP) com GKE e contêineres Docker/Kubernetes.
• Participar de cerimônias ágeis, discussões técnicas e code reviews.

Accountabilities

The .NET Backend Developer Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend solutions, contributing to technical decisions, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications. The role combines hands-on development with collaboration across engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Develop, implement, and maintain APIs and backend services using .NET Core and modern .NET versions.
• Collaborate in the architecture and implementation of new features, as well as continuous improvement of existing systems.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, automated testing, and code quality standards.
• Build and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Implement and manage observability solutions, including metrics, logs, and traces, using tools such as Dynatrace.
• Monitor application health and performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing optimization strategies.
• Work with cloud environments, deploying and managing services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and code reviews.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD improvements, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

We are seeking a backend engineering professional with strong experience in .NET development, cloud technologies, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate has solid software engineering fundamentals, experience with modern architectures, and the ability to collaborate effectively in agile teams.

• Professional experience developing applications with .NET Core or .NET 6/7/8+ using C#.
• Strong knowledge of backend development, API design, and scalable service architectures.
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar observability platforms for monitoring, tracing, and performance analysis.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Experience working with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration, preferably with GKE.
