Jobgether SRL procura um(a) Pessoa Desenvolvedora Fullstack Pleno para atuar em um ambiente tecnológico dinâmico no setor financeiro, com foco em backend/frontend modernos, cloud e sistemas distribuídos.

Estamos buscando proficiência em .NET, frontend, práticas de TDD e Docker/Kubernetes, com experiência em bancos de dados SQL/NoSQL, mensageria e metodologias ágeis. Formação sólida e capacidade de trabalhar colaborativamente são essenciais.

Qualificações

• Experiência sólida com .NET e tecnologias de frontend.
• Experiência com plataformas de nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP).
• Compreensão de sistemas distribuídos, alta disponibilidade e desempenho.
• Bancos de dados relacionais e NoSQL (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Princípios de design (GoF, DDD, KISS, YAGNI) e Clean Code.
• Testes unitários e TDD.
• Git, Scrum, Docker e Kubernetes.
• Sistemas de mensagens (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS).
• Adaptabilidade a várias linguagens e código robusto.
• Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas.

This role is part of a highly dynamic and complex technology environment within the financial services sector, contributing to large-scale, mission-critical systems. The professional will work across backend and frontend development, supporting cloud-based architectures and modern distributed systems. The position involves participating in technical decisions, migrations, and solution design for high-performance applications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile setup, interacting with stakeholders of different technical and business backgrounds. Accountabilities:

• Design and model cloud-based software architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Support and execute technology migration initiatives for production systems and evolving platforms.
• Develop and maintain fullstack solutions using modern backend and frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate efforts, define timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and production environments.
• Manage expectations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute proactively to improving engineering practices, system reliability, and development standards.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with .NET and frontend development technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, high availability, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with both relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Knowledge of design principles and patterns (GoF, DDD, KISS, YAGNI) and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with unit testing and TDD approaches.
• Familiarity with Git, agile methodologies (Scrum), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or SNS.
• Ability to adapt to different programming languages and deliver robust, testable code.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
