SG Car Services Private Limited is seeking a Motor Car Mechanic Manager (Class 3) to join our Carros Centre team. The role covers on-site mechanical services, breakdown support for members and corporate clients, and strict safety adherence.

You will complete documentation, maintain service vans, and assist with EV charger servicing. A Singapore Class 3 licence is essential, with rotating shifts including weekends. AWS and performance incentives are part of the package.

Qualificações

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is essential.
• NTC in Vehicle Mechanic or higher qualification.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in vehicle recovery / towing is advantageous.
• No experience required if willing to learn and have a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to job requests and perform on-site mechanical services.
• Assist customers with breakdowns, including jump-starts and minor repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols during breakdown and recovery operations.
• Document vehicle recovery and service procedures accurately.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service on assignments.
• Collect and deposit sales proceeds at the call centre after each shift.
• Restock service vans with batteries, fluids, and consumables post-sale.
• Perform daily vehicle checks on service vans before operations.
• Upskill and support EV charger servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Position Title: Motor Car Mechanic Manager (Class 3)

Working Location: Carros Centre

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

(5.5 days work week)

Salary Package

Basic Salary up to $3,500 - $6,000

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to assigned job requests and perform mechanical services on-site for SG Car Services clients.
• Assist AA members and corporate customers with vehicle breakdowns, including jump-starting, tyre changes, and minor roadside repairs.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols when handling all breakdown and recovery cases.
• Complete accurate documentation for vehicle recovery and service procedures as per SG Car Services standards.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during all assignments.
• Collect and secure all sales proceeds, depositing them at the Call Centre after each shift.
• Restock service van batteries, fluids, and consumables after making sales.
• Perform daily vehicle checks on service vans before operations to ensure roadworthiness.
• Upskill and support corrective/preventive maintenance and electric vehicle (EV) charger servicing.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (essential).
• Minimum NTC in Vehicle Mechanic or higher qualification.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in vehicle recovery / towing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle repair or maintenance is a plus.
• No experience required if you are willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice is preferred.
