AB InBev is seeking an experienced mobile engineering lead to coordinate an Android/Kotlin team and act as Scrum Master. You will guide architectural decisions, promote AI-assisted workflows, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across BEES mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with product and design, drive modern Android practices, and mentor engineers to grow professionally in a DevOps oriented environment.

Qualificações

• University degree in computing related fields (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development).
• Experience leading or coordinating mobile development teams.
• Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
• Solid experience with native mobile Android/Kotlin development.
• Understanding of modern Android architectures, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with incorporating AI capabilities and tools into development workflows and software architecture.
• Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices.
• Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation).
• Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology.

We are looking for people with:

• University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
• Previous experience leading or coordinating mobile development teams;
• Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving;
• Solid experience with native mobile (Android/Kotlin) development;
• Understanding of modern Android architectures, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with incorporating AI capabilities and tools into development workflows and software architecture;
• Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices;
• Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation);
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology.
