A Serasa Experian está buscando um Engenheiro de Confiabilidade de Produto em Mid SRE Cloud para garantir a confiabilidade, observabilidade e escalabilidade de seus produtos em nuvem. O profissional atuará para evitar interrupções, melhorar desempenho e satisfazer clientes com operações estáveis.

Requisitos incluem formação em Ciência da Computação ou Engenharia, 2–5 anos em operações de TI/SRE/DevOps, e inglês avançado.

Qualificações

• Experiência com observabilidade em ambientes de nuvem.
• Conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos.
• Experiência com ambientes de alta disponibilidade.
• Familiaridade com segurança, conformidade e governança em nuvem.
• Inglês avançado é desejável.

Responsabilidades

• Garantir que produtos/serviços em nuvem sejam confiáveis, observáveis e escaláveis.
• Proteger o cliente com alta disponibilidade e tempos de resposta rápidos.
• Investigar e resolver falhas de forma proativa e eficaz.
• Contribuir para o design de arquitetura com foco em confiabilidade e resiliência.
• Colaborar com equipes de DevOps/Platform Engineering para melhoria contínua.

Job Description

The mission of a Product Reliability Engineer is to ensure cloud products and services are reliable, observable, scalable, secure, and resilient, so customers can depend on EMS consistently while engineering teams can innovate.

Protect the customer through high availability, fast response times, and consistent performance with minimal service disruptions.

Success is measured by uptime, latency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Build reliability into the product. The mission is to identify reliability risks early and to influence architecture decisions. Establish reliability requirements and validate system behavior under failure conditions.

Create operational excellence, increase system resilience, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with observability.

• Knowledge of distributed system architecture.

• Experience supporting high-availability environments.

• Familiarity with security, compliance, and cloud governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2–5 years of experience in IT operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Platform Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cloud Operations.

• Experience with designingandimplementreliability engineering practices for cloud-native applications.

• Experience withcloud platforms (AWS, and GCP)

• Familiarity with operating systems (Linux and/or Windows)

• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)

• Experience working with incident management processes and tools

• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-based architectures

• Knowledge of system performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques

• Experience withreliabilitytools.

• Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical communication skills.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

• Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms.

• Advanced English.
