Serasa Experian is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to drive design, development, and delivery of cloud-based applications and APIs. You will work across product, architecture, and engineering teams to improve scalability, reliability, and usability of services.

The role requires strong C#/.NET backend skills, full-stack capabilities, and experience with AWS. Advanced English is essential for daily collaboration with global teams; travel to São Carlos may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in API design, cloud-native apps, and AWS services.
• Expertise in C# and .NET backend development.
• Skilled in full-stack web apps and SQL design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous patterns, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.
• Advanced English; collaboration with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based applications, APIs, backend services.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Participate in monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
• Lead integrations between internal and external systems via APIs and data pipelines.
• Provide mentorship and peer reviews to teammates.

Job Description

Build expertise inexistingproductsand systems,contributetotheirongoingreliabilityandevolution, and helpdelivernewcapabilitiesthatimprovescalability,usability, andoperationaleffectiveness.Collaboratewithproduct,architecture, andengineeringteamstodeliverscalable,reliable, andsecuresolutionswhilecontributingtotechnicaldesign,implementation,operationalexcellence, and mentoringofotherengineers.

• Design,develop,test, andmaintaincloud-basedapplications, APIs,backendservices, anduser-facingapplicationsthatsupportaudienceonboarding,audiencemanagement,taxonomymanagement, andactivationworkflows.

• Developexpertise inexistingproducts, services, workflows, and business processes;contributetotheirongoingsupport,maintenance, troubleshooting, andenhancementwhileensuringreliabilityand businesscontinuity.

• Contributetotechnicaldesign,architecturediscussions, andimplementationplanningbyevaluatingtradeoffs,proposingsolutions, andhelpingensuresystems arescalable,secure,maintainable, andalignedwithbusinessobjectives.

• Design,implement, and supportintegrationsbetweeninternalsystems,databases, cloud services, andthird-partyplatformsusingAPIs, data pipelines, andservice-basedarchitectures.

• Participateinmonitoring, troubleshooting,incidentresponse, andcontinuousimprovementactivitiestoensureproductionsystemsremainreliable,observable, andperformant.

• Collaboratewithproductmanagers,architects,engineers, andotherstakeholderstoclarifyrequirements,aligntechnicalsolutionswithbusinessgoals,performpeerreviews, andprovideguidancetootherteammembers.

• ExperiencewithAWS servicessuchas API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, Aurora,CloudWatch, andrelatedcloud-nativetechnologies.

• ExperiencedesigningandimplementingintegrationsbetweeninternalandexternalsystemsusingRESTfulAPIs,asynchronousprocessingpatterns, andevent-drivenarchitectures.

• Advanced English- this role interacts daily with global teams.
• Availability to travel to São Carlos/SP when need it.
