Qualificações

Location and Flexibility

This is a hybrid role. The model requires working in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/week or 8 days/month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/week or 12 days/month). Our WFN culture fosters in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with local and visiting team members from other global offices.

Responsibilities

• Confidently deliver high-quality test strategies and implementation, applying critical thinking to products, requirements, and processes.
• Apply various testing methodologies and collaborate on implementation.
• Test individual stories and overall products through local and deployed builds.
• Contribute to a test automation suite to ensure quality over time, both locally and in CI pipelines.
• Navigate difficult conversations by providing constructive feedback to teams.
• Identify obstacles to ensure quality and improve user experience and testing processes.
• Be self-aware of limitations, curious to learn new solutions, and receptive to feedback.
• Adapt to changing priorities with positive energy.
• Communicate and simplify complex problems to foster understanding across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of test engineering experience.
• Experience with testing methodologies and automation.
• Professional programming experience.
• Experience with Playwright (preferred) or Cypress.
• Utilizing Git, GitHub, and maintaining GitHub actions.
• Comfortable using terminal and CLI tools.
• Proficiency in Typescript.
• Experience with Docker for local building and testing.
• Collaborating directly with developers to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Ability to evaluate requirements and identify testing gaps.
• Ability to manage tickets and priorities in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Advocate of SDLC processes.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Bonus Points

• Mac experience (preferred).
• Experience with Jira.
• Familiarity with Vercel.
• Familiarity with GCP.
• Familiarity with Firebase and Firestore.
