Jobtailor is seeking an Events Manager in Belo Horizonte to drive the annual events plan, including owned events, trade shows, and sponsorships. You’ll coordinate internal and external events, manage logistics and budgets, and work closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize post-event lead flow.

The role requires end-to-end event experience, a growth mindset to move sales, and strong organizational skills to juggle multiple timelines across city locations.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development and management of the annual events plan (owned events, trade shows, and sponsorships)
• Ensure each event is aligned with lead generation, pipeline, and ROI objectives
• Manage the events budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
• Plan and coordinate internal events (company gatherings, annual planning, happy hours) and external events (trade shows, talks, exhibitions, and webinars)
• Handle complete logistics: venue booking, catering, booth setup, as well as flights and accommodation for the team
• Actively manage vendors, partners, and sponsors
• Provide on-site support to ensure flawless execution
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure post-event lead flow
• Structure data collection and consolidate reports on results and learnings

Requirements

• End-to-end experience: Has taken many events from concept through to teardown.
• Growth mindset: Understands that a successful event is not just “pretty” but one that converts and moves the sales needle.
• Autonomy and organization: Ability to manage multiple timelines and checklists with predictability.
• Residence: Must live in Belo Horizonte or the Metropolitan Region (availability to travel to support events in other cities).
