Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a DevOps Engineer to build and improve CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC, and optimize cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with GCP, Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible and CloudFormation, ensuring stable environments, proactive monitoring and secure service accounts. Collaborative cross-functional teamwork is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in DevOps, infrastructure, automation or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments, especially GCP.
• Ability to work with organization, responsibility and attention to detail in critical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking for failure analysis, risk assessment and impact evaluation.
• Proactive attitude to propose improvements, automate processes and anticipate operational issues.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes
• Manage and monitor infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible or CloudFormation
• Configure, maintain and standardize development, testing, staging and production environments, ensuring consistency, stability and operational predictability
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability solutions to track system and environmental health
• Respond to infrastructure and systems incidents, helping to restore services quickly and reduce operational impact
• Collaborate with Development, Operations and Product teams to strengthen DevOps practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Support the automation of operational processes to reduce manual tasks, minimize human error and eliminate unnecessary dependencies
• Manage identity lifecycle in GCP, organizing users, groups, permissions and custom roles
• Administer and secure Service Accounts, applying best practices such as Workload Identity and minimizing the use of static credentials
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the security, availability, performance and scalability of technology environments
