JobTailor is seeking a data-driven professional to monitor B2B and B2C portfolios, define credit recovery strategies, and oversee vendor relationships. You will drive collections performance while producing dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions.

The role also involves developing training for internal teams and partners, supporting audits, and improving documentation management and operational processes through analytics and automation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in credit recovery, collections, and metrics management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, analytics tools, and dashboarding.
• Experience with performance analysis, quality management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing vendors/collections agencies.
