Job summary

Brookfield Technology Services in São Paulo is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage large-scale environments, ensure SLA delivery, and drive incident resolution. You will collaborate with MSPs and internal teams to maintain optimal service quality on-site at the São Paulo location.

The role requires advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, and PowerShell, with strong troubleshooting abilities and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Extensive administration of large Microsoft 365 environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams and Entra ID.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and operational improvements.
• Experience with governance and management of MSPs and vendors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and incident resolution capabilities.
• Fluent or advanced English in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal technical expert for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Monitor, review, and validate activities by vendors and MSPs.
• Ensure service delivery quality and SLA compliance.
• Analyze and resolve highly complex incidents.
• Participate in Microsoft 365 migrations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell.

Job Description

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the internal technical expert for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Ensure the quality of service delivery and compliance with established SLAs.

• Participate in Microsoft 365 migration, integration, and environment enhancement projects.
• Develop automation solutions and operational improvements using PowerShell.
• Support technology integration initiatives resulting from M&A processes.
• Act as the technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
• Contribute to the governance, stability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in the administration and support of large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Advanced PowerShell expertise, which is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environment and tenant migration projects.
• Experience in the technical management and governance of Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Experience in advanced troubleshooting and the resolution of critical technical issues.
• Hands-on profile, with strong technical autonomy, analytical skills, and the ability to serve as an internal subject matter expert.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Availability to work 100% on-site.
