We are seeking a skilled and proactive M365 and IAM Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment and Identity & Access Management systems, On-Prem and Azure Active Directory, Pas Services.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with M365 services, Azure Active Directory, and IAM tools, ensuring secure and seamless access to enterprise resources.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Manage and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Team Telephony.
• Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features (DLP, ATP, Conditional Access, etc.).
• Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Identity & Access Management (IAM):

• Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on‑prem applications.
• Manage lifecycle of user identities and access rights across systems.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance.
• ADFS.

Security & Compliance:

• Collaborate with security teams to enforce identity governance and data protection policies.
• Respond to security incidents related to identity and access.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in M365 administration and IAM.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and M365 security features.
• Experience with IAM tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
