Yochana IT Solutions Inc. in Sao Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced Infrastructure Lead with 6+ years in IT infrastructure and EUC operations to manage enterprise services, lead technical teams, and ensure secure, reliable IT solutions for end users.

You will oversee Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud infra, endpoint security, AD/Group Policy/M365/Intune, and ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem management, while mentoring engineers and delivering infrastructure upgrades.

Formación

• 6+ years in IT infrastructure and EUC operations with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Experience with M365 administration, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and cloud.
• Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and networking basics.
• Proficient scripting in PowerShell or Bash; ITSM tooling familiarity.

Job Title: INFRA SME Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead with 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Computing (EUC) operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise infrastructure services, leading technical teams, ensuring service availability, and delivering secure, reliable, and efficient IT solutions for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise infrastructure and EUC operations.
• Manage Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and end-user platforms.
• Oversee desktop support, laptop/desktop management, software distribution, patching, and endpoint security.
• Manage Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Intune/SCCM.
• Ensure smooth operation of EUC services including device lifecycle management, user provisioning, and application deployment.
• Drive infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology improvements.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL practices.
• Implement security controls, backup strategies, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with security, application, network, and business teams.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to infrastructure and EUC engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and compliance standards.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure and EUC service management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and modern workplace solutions.
• Experience managing VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP).
• Experience with endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or automation scripting.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage vendors and third-party service providers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a global enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, VMware, AWS, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.
