Arrow Electronics in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Material Planning and Pricing Associate to support quote data management and material planning processes. You will review, format, and enter quote data into internal tools, while applying markup strategies and ensuring data accuracy for customer delivery.

You'll work in a hybrid setup with two days in the office and three days remote, collaborating with Arrow teams on inventory, purchasing, and demand forecasting to keep operations efficient.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in Materials Planning and/or purchasing.
• Advanced English skills, both conversational and written.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivots, data analysis).
• Use of ERP systems desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Quote Data: review, verify, and enter small-to-medium customer quote data into Arrow's internal tools.
• Format & Scrub Information: download and structure quote files using intermediate Excel skills, verifying part numbers with search tools and correcting NEDA assignment errors.
• Execute Quote Strategies: review SQCS, apply markup strategies into basic quote coversheets, and manage the unassigned quote queue.
• Deliver Final Quotes: extract completed quotes, verify data accuracy, and export them in the requested formats for customer delivery.
• Resolve Routine Issues: follow established procedures to spot straightforward data discrepancies and keep the quoting workflow moving smoothly.
• Vendor management: foster vendor and supplier relationships.
• Material Planning: get involved with internal Arrow teams to plan ahead material related issues (inventory, purchase, etc.) Demand forecast

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• +2 years of similar experience in Materials Planning and/or purchasing.
• Advanced English skills, Conversational and written.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Xlookup, pivot tables, and analysis of data).
• Use of ERP systems desirable.

Work Arrangements

Hybrid- 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: R$47,000.00 - R$66,027.01 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
