SourceHub, the SSC for ScanSource Group, seeks a Pricing & Quoting Analyst to support Channel Exchange partners and internal sales teams with accurate pricing and quotations for Microsoft licensing and cloud solutions.

The role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve quote turnaround times and partner experience. Hybrid work and Curitiba residence are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations according to vendor pricing and licensing guidelines.
• Review and validate quote requests, product information, SKUs, quantities, and commercial requirements.
• Support Microsoft licensing and cloud solution quoting activities.
• Provide pricing guidance and quoting assistance to Sales and partner-facing teams.
• Maintain pricing accuracy across vendor price lists, discount programs, and promotional offers.
• Manage multiple quote requests simultaneously while meeting SLAs and turnaround times.
• Record quote details, revisions, approvals, and pricing information in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Partner Success, and vendors to resolve pricing or quoting inquiries.
• Follow established commercial processes and vendor requirements.
• Escalate pricing discrepancies and licensing concerns when necessary.
• Maintain data integrity and drive process improvements for efficiency.

SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.

We are seeking a PRICING & QUOTING ANALYST to support Channel Exchange partners and internal sales teams through accurate pricing, quote preparation, and commercial support activities. This role will primarily focus on Microsoft licensing and cloud solutions while contributing to the broader Channel Exchange vendor portfolio.

This professional will be responsible for reviewing quote requests, validating product, licensing, and pricing information, preparing accurate quotations, and providing pricing guidance throughout the sales cycle. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, and a commitment to operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in improving quote turnaround times, supporting sales productivity, maintaining pricing accuracy, and delivering an exceptional partner experience.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accuratequotations according to vendor pricing and licensing guidelines.

Requirements and skills

• Experience in Pricing, Quoting, Sales Operations, Customer Support, Order Management, or similar areas.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pricing, quoting, proposal management, or commercial support processes.
• Experience within technology vendors, distributors, resellers, cloud providers, or channel organizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing programs, cloud subscriptions, or technology solutions.
• Experience using quoting, ERP, or commercial operations systems.
• Exposure to Microsoft CSP, Azure, Microsoft 365, or related cloud ecosystems.
• Understanding of software licensing, subscription models, and technology sales processes.
