Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP PM Consultant to support a strategic divestiture programme in Brazil. The consultant will lead the separation and reconfiguration of SAP Plant Maintenance processes, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with Brazilian localisation standards. This role demands deep functional expertise in SAP PM, strong integration capabilities, and hands-on experience with maintenance planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PM implementation and configuration for divestiture-specific maintenance operations.
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis, and prepare Business Blueprints for PM processes.
• Configure and customise maintenance plants, work centres, task lists, measuring points, counters, and maintenance plans.
• Implement and support breakdown, corrective, preventive (time and performance-based), refurbishment, calibration, and external service management processes.
• Manage master data including materials, assemblies, serial numbers, BOMs, and equipment hierarchies.
• Ensure integration with SAP PP, MM, CO, and QM modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and system integrity.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure defect-free deployments.
• Document functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and coordinate with business analysts and project managers.

Requisitos

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 Years Of Hands-on Experience In SAP PM.
• Proven experience in divestiture, carve-out, or M&A projects.
• Strong understanding of Brazilian localisation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP PM certification.
• Experience with SAP EAM, EH&S, and integration with IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
