CI&T is seeking a Tech Leader/Architect to join a mobile project for a major financial client, with responsibilities centered on Android development and mobile architecture. The role requires leadership in an Agile environment and deep Kotlin experience, based fully on-site in Campinas, Brazil.

We value team players who thrive in a fast-paced financial tech setting and can guide mobile teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for funds, ETFs, and other financial products.

Qualificações

• Proven track record as a Tech Leader, ideally on Mobile teams.
• Vast experience with Mobile Architecture, ideally on an Android context.
• Experience working with Android development and/or testing.
• Vast experience with Kotlin.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment would be nice to see.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Tech Leader/Architect to join our team on a mobile project using Android. The products developed are intended for clients in the financial market, providing information and facilities for purchasing mutual funds, ETFs, retirement plans, bonds, and other financial products. Requirements for this challenge:

• Proven track record as a Tech Leader, ideally on Mobile teams
• Vast experience with Mobile Architecture, ideally on an Android context
• Experience working with Android development and/or testing
• Vast experience with Kotlin
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment would be nice to see.

Nice to have:

• Some experience with Node.js or reading and understanding Node applications.
• Desired experience with Adobe tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM, etc.
