Job summary

Clear Summit Group in Brazil is seeking a curious, technically minded newcomer to build and sell using AI. You’ll spend half your time researching markets, automating outreach, and creating campaigns, and half engaging with prospects to move deals forward.

This is a full-time, paid 90-day engagement with a path to a full-time offer for strong performers. Advanced English is required to communicate with clients and teammates.

This is a full-time, paid 90-day engagement with a clear path to a full-time offer. You'll spend part of your time building: using AI tools to research markets, automate workflows, and create campaigns faster than a traditional team could. You'll spend the rest of it in front of people: reaching out to prospects, running conversations, and moving deals forward.

The customer-facing part is uncomfortable for most people at first. Cold outreach, follow-ups, and hearing "no" are part of the job. We're not looking for a natural-born salesperson. We're looking for someone curious enough to get good at it, and who sees that someone who can build and sell is rare and valuable.

What you'll actually do

Build (roughly half your time)

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Clay to research markets, find leads, and enrich prospect lists
• Set up and improve automations for outreach, follow-ups, and reporting (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or whatever works best)
• Draft and test email campaigns, sales materials, and social content, then measure what works and iterate
• Find manual tasks and make them faster

Sell (roughly half your time)

• Reach out to potential clients by email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Qualify leads, book meetings, and over time run sales conversations yourself
• Build relationships and follow through until a deal closes or a clear "no"
• Bring what you hear from customers back into how we market and build

The balance will shift depending on where you're strongest and what the business needs. That flexibility is the point of the role.

You might be a fit if you

• Recently graduated (or are about to) in a technical, business, or analytical field, or taught yourself the equivalent
• Already use AI tools every day, or pick up new tools fast and enjoy figuring them out
• Have built something on your own: a script, an automation, a side project, a store, a channel, a club
• Are willing to get uncomfortable talking to strangers and to get better at it
• Communicate at a professional/bilingual level in English (all business is in English)
• Work well on your own in a remote setting and can manage several things at once

You probably won't enjoy this if you

• Want a purely technical role with no customer contact
• Need a fixed routine with the same tasks every day
• Would rather wait for instructions than try something and learn from it
