Jobtailor in Florianópolis, Brazil seeks an Events Coordinator to assist planning, organizing, and executing in-person and digital events. You will negotiate with vendors, manage schedules and budgets, and support logistics from registrations to post-event follow-up.

Ideal candidates have at least a Bachelor's in Business Admin/Marketing (or in progress), strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with RD Station and CRMs. English proficiency is required.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and deadline discipline.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (email, social, CRM).
• Intermediate MS Office skills; exposure to corporate event planning.
• Experience in technology companies.
• Experience with B2B corporate events.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station).
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, organization and execution of in-person and digital events (trade shows, webinars, workshops, roadshows, etc.).
• Contact and negotiate with vendors (catering, giveaways, venues, technology, etc.).
• Manage event schedules, checklists and budgets.
• Support event logistics (registrations, attendance lists, materials, setup and teardown).
• Manage event and registration platforms (e.g.: RD, Forms, webinar platforms).
• Ensure organization and distribution of giveaways and support materials.
• Monitor event performance metrics (leads generated, attendance, ROI, etc.).
• Conduct post-event follow-up (sending materials, satisfaction surveys and reports).
• Support the commercial/sales team with event-related activities.
