Job Responsibilities

• Support the marketing department's daily operations, including creating and updating marketing materials, supporting events, and managing promotions.
• Assist with social media management, data analysis, and vendor invoice management.
• Help plan and update marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email and social media.
• Provide administrative support by preparing sales and engagement reports.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking and vendor communication.
• Build relationships with influencers, agencies, media outlets, and service providers.
• Ensure accuracy of social media content and liaise with external vendors to meet deliverables.
• Manage vendor payments and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Pre-requisites:

• College degree in marketing or communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, dynamic, and analytical mindset.
• Prior work experience and social media expertise are pluses.

Language Skills

Ability to read, speak, analyze, and interpret complex documents in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish, with effective written and spoken communication skills.
