Success in this role comes from balancing multiple client engagements with confidence, building trusted relationships with hotels and travel partners, and translating client needs into practical, high-quality execution. This person will play an important role in client retention, new business growth, and the continued development of PTG Consulting's presence across Brazil, while also supporting Preferred Hotels & Resorts and Beyond Green as capacity allows.

What you’ll deliver:
  • Represent assigned luxury hotels and hospitality clients in the Brazil, developing business through direct sales activity, account management, and strategic partner engagement.
  • Deliver client projects and sales support assignments from planning through execution, including sales representation, property support, segmentation reviews, and sales and marketing plan initiatives.
  • Organize and lead sales roadshows, sales events, showcases, webinars, FAM trips, and product presentations focused on the luxury leisure, MICE, and tour operator markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury tour operators, travel partners, agency accounts, regional directors, hotel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent PTG properties at sales blitzes, conferences, events, and FAM trips to increase awareness, generate revenue, and strengthen partner engagement.
  • Prepare client reporting in line with project scope, track internal time against projects, and maintain accurate account information and market insights.
  • Participate in new client pitches, renewal proposals, and business development activity to promote PTG Consulting services and grow the client base.
  • Support Preferred Hotels & Resorts and Beyond Green account management, client visits, and market engagement as assigned.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
  • Experience working in a consulting capacity or delivering sales support across multiple hotel clients or hospitality projects.
  • Established relationships within the local luxury leisure, MICE, tour operator, and travel agency markets.
  • Experience working with luxury hotel consortia and programs such as Virtuoso, Signature, Serandipians, or American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Experience supporting both independent hotels and hotel groups across sales, marketing, or market representation initiatives.
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Proven hospitality or travel industry experience, including on-property, multi-hotel, or regional sales experience.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities, grow accounts, and support client retention.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, client needs, and deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical ability, with confidence interpreting data, reporting on market trends, and using insights to support recommendations.
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Proficient written and verbal English, sound Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Where you’ll thrive:
  • You enjoy taking ownership of client success, driving revenue growth, and building long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • You are energized by a consulting-led environment that balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple client engagements.
  • You work with urgency and confidence, staying organized and self-directed while managing a varied workload and regular travel.
  • You are a warm, enthusiastic, and persuasive communicator who builds relationships, influences others, and adapts your approach to client and market needs.
  • You enjoy seeing the tangible impact of your work through client results, partner engagement, and stronger market presence.
