Avanade is seeking a Manager, Global Change & Adoption to drive adoption and organizational readiness across strategic transformations in Sales & Partner portfolios. This role focuses on accelerating transformation outcomes, measuring adoption, and providing coaching to sponsors.

Qualificações

The Manager, Global Change & Adoption is responsible for driving successful adoption and organizational readiness across the Sales & Partner strategic transformation portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director, Client & Business Transformation, this role partners closely with program leaders, functional stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively adopted and deliver their intended business outcomes.

This individual leads change planning and execution for one or more of the organization's highest-priority transformation initiatives while also supporting change activities across the broader Sales & Partner portfolio. Through structured stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, capability enablement, and adoption measurement, the role helps accelerate transformation outcomes and strengthen execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

Strategic Program Change Leadership

• Lead change management activities for one or more large-scale strategic transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption plans aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with program leaders to integrate change activities into overall implementation plans.
• Identify organizational impacts, risks, and barriers to adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support leadership teams in driving engagement and sponsorship throughout transformation efforts.
• Monitor adoption and readiness throughout program execution and recommend corrective actions where needed.

Organizational Readiness & Adoption

• Conduct stakeholder assessments, readiness evaluations, and change impact analysis.
• Develop approaches that increase understanding, engagement, and adoption of new processes, capabilities, and operating models.
• Coordinate training, enablement, and reinforcement activities across impacted teams.
• Measure adoption, utilization, and business readiness using defined success metrics.
• Establish feedback mechanisms that identify adoption challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Change Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop communication plans and supporting materials that explain transformation priorities and expected outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to create consistent messaging that builds clarity, confidence, and engagement.
• Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and change interventions that support successful adoption.
• Coordinate communication efforts across functions and initiatives to improve organizational alignment.

Portfolio Transformation Support

• Support the Client & Business Transformation Office in embedding change management practices across the strategic portfolio.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to program leaders and stakeholders on change management approaches.
• Contribute to portfolio-level reporting related to adoption, readiness, stakeholder engagement, and organizational impact.
• Identify common change themes and opportunities to improve transformation effectiveness across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, business transformation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading change activities for large-scale, complex transformation initiatives, ideally in a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and adoption measurement.
• Experience developing and executing change plans, communication strategies, training/enablement approaches, and adoption plans.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and business outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling messages.
• Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking.
• Ability to identify risks, barriers, and resistance points and develop practical mitigation strategies.
• Strong project management, planning, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a transformation portfolio.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and influencing without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
