Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance backlog for an offshore unit, ensuring tasks are prioritized and efficiently executed.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Superintendent and team to develop and implement backlog management strategies.
• Plan and mobilize resources for major maintenance activities, ensuring availability of personnel, tools, and materials.
• Collaborate with offshore supervisors and superintendents to ensure technical competency and effective task execution.
• Oversee routine offshore maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain the unit's maintenance budget master plan and provide regular progress and financial reports.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the maintenance system, including logging corrective maintenance tasks.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs to align activities with operational goals and standards.
• Approve purchase requisitions and oversee the Change Request process for procurement and maintenance adjustments.
• Ensure offshore supervisors and superintendents possess necessary technical skills and knowledge.
• Develop and define scope of work for planned shutdowns, coordinating maintenance activities effectively.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Metallurgical/Materials, or Automation Engineering.

Experience:

• Experience in maintenance management.
• Oil and gas industry experience (desired).
